This role sits at the core of Mile’s brand and sales-enablement engine. You’ll learn how we run our podcasts and newsletters, then own both independently, end to end.

If you like podcasts, writing, and turning technical, boring-on-the-surface topics into content people actually care about, you’ll do well here.

Experience: 1–3 years

What you’ll do

  • Learn and then run Mile’s podcasts end-to-end

    • Find and acquire guests

    • Coordinate with guests and their PR teams

    • Prepare episodes (research, outlines, show notes)

    • Publish, distribute, and repurpose the content

  • Own two newsletter properties from scratch to scale

    • Build and grow the audience

    • Write, edit, and ship content consistently

    • Manage distribution and cadence

  • Work with complex, technical ideas and make them clear, sharp, and readable

  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and leadership

What we care about

  • You’ve spent 1–3 years doing content, marketing, media, or something adjacent

  • You write well and think clearly

  • You can learn technical topics fast and explain them simply (Yes, programmatic advertising is dense. That’s the job.)

  • You’re comfortable engaging with people - guests, PR teams, internal stakeholders

  • You take ownership and follow through without being chased

  • You treat AI as a co-worker, not a buzzword

This role matters because content is not support work at Mile - it’s how we build trust, credibility, and pipeline. This is not a strategy role. It is a role with a lot of responsibility.
