Mile is currently looking for a self-motivated & hardworking technical intern to be part of our centralised ad operations team that enables a growing publisher as well as partner base with operational responsibilities spanning integrations/activations, platform setups/configs, quality control, production monitoring, operational troubleshooting & revenue reporting.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of HTML, CSS & browser console debugging along with exposure to Excel / Sheets functions. Candidates with prior exposure to Javascript, GPT code library, Google Ad Manager or supply side ad operations will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire the technical knowledge & skills needed to become an effective ad operations associate within the first 3 months
- Ensure completion of all day-to-day publisher & partner operations tasks assigned to you along with the required documentation within the specified timelines, error rates etc.
- Continuously learn about the ad-tech industry as well as the relevant ad operations trends & best practices that are useful for your role
Mandatory requirements:
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS & browser console debugging
- Exposure to Excel / Sheets functionalities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable qualities:
- Prior knowledge or exposure to any of the below
- Javascript, GPT code library & prebid.js
- GAM & policies related to quality of traffic, content, ad layouts, inventory, ad formats etc.
- Activation, testing and troubleshooting for programmatic monetisation of web publisher inventory
- Ability to self-learn & self-organise multiple work streams
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
